Save-the-Date
Copy World offers many different options for save-the-date cards. Many people choose to include an engagement photo as part of their save the date. We can custom design a save the date for you, or you can pick any theme from the Binaghi Signature Collection to match your invitations. We also offer save-the-date magnets in a variety of sizes; these too can be custom designed for your occasion.
Save-the-Dates are typically sent out about six-months before the wedding to give your guests time for proper planning. If you are having a destination wedding, you may want to consider sending your save-the-date out even earlier if guests will need to book airfare and make reservations in a faraway place.
Save-the-Date cards completed in-house can be done in as quick as one day. If you want save-the-date magnets or a fancier save-the-date from any of our premium collections that include embossing or foiling, these can sometimes take 7-10 business days.
When choosing your save-the-date option, keep in mind that postage costs are additional to your print and design costs. Postcard style save the dates (typically 4.25x5.5 or 4x6) can be sent like a regular postcard at the postcard postage rate (currently around 28 cents). Notecards and Magnets are sent using a envelope, which usually can be sent using a standard 44 cent stamp as long as they stay under 1 ounce. Check with your local post office to find the exact postage that will be needed.

Whether you are planning a surprise bridal shower, or a girls or guys night on the town, we can make a trendy invitation just for you. We can also make quick and cheap stag tickets for your stag party!
Wedding Invitations, RSVP Cards, & More
Copy World offers a huge selection of wedding invitations. Your wedding invitation will set the tone for your wedding, so it is important that it matches your vision for your wedding. If you are going to have a more formal traditional wedding, you should send a more formal and traditional invitation. If you are having a smaller casual affair, you may want to pick something more simple.
We are dealers for Birchcraft Studios, Carlson Craft, and McPherson. These companies offer a large variety of traditional and contemporary styles, and feature fancy finishes such as embossing, foililng, raised print, ribbon, monograms, foil-lined envelopes, and many more. These invitations start around $1.50 per invitation and can go as high as $8 for a matching set with all the bells and whistles. We have over eight different albums to choose from, so bring a friend and come through these huge collections together.
We also exclusively offer the Binaghi Signature Collection, which are affordable invitations designed by Mollie Brault-Binaghi. All of these invitations can be customized for your event. We can create save-the-dates, RSVP cards, reception cards, wishing-well cards, accomodations and direction cards, as well as wedding programs and table cards to match your selected invitiation. Best of all, 100 invitations for this collection start at only $50 (less expensive then buying the do-it-yourself kits!)
We can also completely custom design your dream wedding invitation. We offer metallic papers and can mix and match envelopes and invitation pockets. Setup a consultation with Mollie or Marilyn for more details.
If you have already designed something yourself, we can print that too! Just pick your stock, size and envelopes, and we can have them done in just a few days!
Sometimes, finding the proper wording is the most difficult part. We have many variations of wedding invitaiton text, including formal and informal and can advise you on the wording best for your situation.
Wedding invitations are typically sent out at least six to eight weeks before the event, especially for a large wedding. For smaller less formal weddings, you can send them even 10 days before your wedding; however if is best to send your invitations as early as possible to help you get an accurate guest count. Earlier is also recommended if your guests will need to make travel plans.
Wedding invitations typicaly take about a week, although invitations ordered from Birchcraft, Carlson Craft or McPherson can take up to two weeks. Please be sure to leave extra time for design and proofs (if necessary). If you get in a pinch, we can still help you find a quick solution.
Do-It-Yourself Kits?
We are often asked if we can do the printing for "Do-it-yourself" kits. Many brides make the mistake of purchasing these kits from box stores or online, but do not fully factor in how much time it may take to design, setup, print and/or assemble the invitations in these kits. After spending many hours frustrated with these kits, many DIY brides have begged us to finish up the kit project. However, many of these kits are produced specifically for the home use on an ink jet printer, so they are not made to go through our high speed printing equipment. As a general rule, we do not recommend purchasing the DIY kits. In most cases, we can help you pick out an invitation from our exclusive Binaghi Signature Collection that will suit your needs. In many cases, having us do the entire process for you is much more cost effective then buying the DIY kit.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
When it comes to the wedding ceremony and reception, there is a lot of planning and it can sometimes be overwhelming. There are many details to be checked, and often times ceremony programs, menus, table cards, and seating charts cannot be completed until very close to the wedding. When you are ready for this point, we can help! Copy World can help you design and print any of these projects. We recommend finalizing these items at least one week in advance. If you would like us to do designing for these items, please be sure to arrange this with us ahead of time, even if you do not have your lists ready. Having a consultation a few weeks before you need your finished projects is recommended as we can advise you on ways of organizing your lists so printing can be done in the most inexpensive way possible.
We also offer customized napkins for your wedding. These typically take about 7 business days and come in a variety napkin colors and foil printing colors.
Decor, Wedding Favors & Centerpieces
Our expertise with weddings is not limited to paper and ink! We can help you many other items, such as favors, centerpieces, and various decorative items.
After the Wedding: Announcements, Thank You Notes, Photographs
The wedding planning does not end with the ceremony. We can make you customized thank you notes that match your wedding invitations. After you receive your photographs from your photographer, pick out your favorite one and send a wedding announcement to your friends and family who were not able to attend.
Copy World can also help you preserve your memories with a customized wedding photobook. (These make great gifts!). Our photobooks come in a black suede with a picture window on the front. These books can be as simple or as elaborate as you would like, and can include up to 30 pages of images.
